Knife Care Guide

Hand Wash Only
Always hand wash knives using warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. When washing, point the blade away from you. Never place knives in the dishwasher or soak them in water.

Dry immediately
Prolonged contact with water may cause rust and spotting of knives, so we recommend that you dry your knives immediately with a paper towel or soft, absorbent cloth after washing them.

Safe Storage
We recommend that you store your knives in a knife block, knife block, magnetic wood strip or knife roll. Never store knives together in a drawer.

Sharpen as needed
Over time and with daily use, your knife edge may become dull or develop some small scratches and require sharpening. We recommend sharpening your knife at least once a year, or even more often.
