RubyDuncan.shop Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our products and hope you love them as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your RubyDuncan purchase in any way, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at Support@RubyDuncan.shop with your order number and we will be happy to process your return.

Extended Holiday Returns: RubyDuncan wants to ensure that you have flexibility when shopping during the holiday season.

Open Box Items: All items marked "Open Box" are final and cannot be returned for a refund. If your open box purchase arrives damaged, please email us at Support@RubyDuncan.shop with your order number and we will be happy to exchange it for an open box item of the same or equal value.

While the above policy does apply, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at Support@RubyDuncan.shop and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Order Cancellation

Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to process orders quickly and efficiently. After placing an order, you have 3 hours to cancel your order for a full refund. For more details on the order cancellation process, please refer to the "Cancel My Order" section on our Customer Service page.

If you are within the 3-hour cancellation period and would like to cancel your order, please follow the steps below:

Check your email inbox for an order confirmation email from Support@RubyDuncan.shop

In this email, you will find a link to your order status page

On the order status page, you will see a button to cancel your order. This button will appear within 10 minutes of placing your order.

If it has been more than 3 hours since you placed your order, your order details have been automatically sent to our fulfillment center for processing and shipping. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel your order.
